Order Processing and Delivery Time

While Burley Motorsports makes every effort to ensure everything is shipped on time and meets the high quality that BMS has come to be known for, Internet ordering requires that you be tolerant of possible shipping delays, lost packages or boxes packed incorrectly. Always verify your shipping address is spelled correctly, as we find this is the most common cause of delay.
**Due to procurement and supply chain problems, we may not be able to ship within 24 hours. This is a temporary problem, but one that is out of our control.
We ask that you please keep your installation plans flexible. Do NOT schedule installation until you have received and inspected all of your order.
Once you’ve received your order, it is your responsibility to examine everything carefully to determine that your order is correct, complete and in good condition.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment, we are happy to return your money. However, a 10% fee will be deducted from your total for processing the order because we still need to pay PayPal for servicing the order. If the order gets cancelled because we made a mistake about our inventory, then we will not deduct the 10% fee before returning your money.
E-mailed or faxed cancellations are NOT permitted. You must speak directly to a customer service representative to confirm cancellation. Call 805-280-8018.
Once your order has shipped, it may not be canceled. Should you change your mind & refuse the package, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the shipping address. A restocking fee of 35% will be applied. Credit will only be issued after the parts have been returned and examined. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned package is unopened and returned in the same state in which it was received.
Shipping and Handling Price
Some shipping quotes given online are not necessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated manually. This happens infrequently and most commonly occurs with orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states or with products that have exotic shipping dimensions. In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held, pending your approval of any changes.
Our website only allows us to use one consistent shipping carrier. Depending on the item and the area of service, we may choose a different carrier off of our site. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate carrier and do not renegotiate the terms of shipping and handling. We have shipping personnel whom we pay, and handling is part of their compensation.

Burley Motorsports does not warranty any items. We do not allow returns nor exchanges on any product. Once a shipment has left our warehouse, all sales are complete and final.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. No products or boxes leave our facility damaged. We did not cause this problem.
Once again, once your order has shipped, it may not be canceled. We will NOT refund the price of shipping the package to you nor to ship it back to us. If there is any damage to the package contents when it arrives back at our warehouse, we will determine the cost of the damage to refurbish/replace the products and then deduct that from your refund. You will also be charged a 35% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
Please understand that we have a strict return policy because many parts are custom-built and very labor intensive; most other products are difficult to procure. We do our best to please every single customer, and we thank you for shopping with us!
