Syncro and Vanagon 930 CV Axle Conversion Kit – Rear

The Burley Motorsports 930 CV Axle Conversion Kit has undergone serious testing and is by far the best axle kit on the market today!
Our kit comes with all the top-shelf parts, such as genuine German Lobro 108mm Porsche 930 cv joints (standard Vanagon cv’s are smaller 100mm diameter). The larger joints are not only stronger but allow more angle / articulation. This is especially important on vans with lift springs, larger engines or long-travel suspension systems.
Our kit also features these top quality parts :
12.9-grade high-strength Allen head cv bolts for easy installation and service.
2 Genuine German stub axles
2 German transaxle drive flanges (Chinese flanges wear out in the spline area in a short time and begin to wobble causing leaky trans flange seals.)
4 Retaining rings keep the axle from damaging the inside of the stub-axle flange, which can cause the snap ring to come off of the end of the axle.
Our axles are ENGINEERED AND DESIGNED to twist- or spool-up like a torsion bar to avoid damage to the transmission and final drive, and this keeps the axle from snapping under extreme loads. ALL OF THESE AXLES ARE MADE FROM 4340 CHROMOLY AND FEATURE HIGH-STRENGTH, COLD-FORMED / ROLLED SPLINES WITH SILVER ZINC PLATING.
This kit will complete the rear of your vehicle and allow you to put your van through the paces!

This is a GREAT axle kit! This kit with the Schwenk lifted springs has completely changed my van! I feel like I can conquer the world now. Seriously tho, these axles have given me the confidence to go off-trail for the very first time. They are beefy and they are strong.

930 CV Axles It came in a few heavy packages to my door. Everything was in good order right out of the boxes. It seemed a bit overboard to ship something so large and heavy through the mail. But I live far away. All in all, it was well worth the shipping cost. Prices in ND are inflated, and these came at a decent price. I am happy with the expediency in which it all arrived. My van had never been so smooth. I would definitely recommend this package to anyone who wants to replace their axles.
