Combined with our silicone feed and return hoses, this kit is a no brainer for anyone needing to keep their rigs cool during the hot summer months.  If you are going off-road or on long road trips then buy the security this radiator has to offer.  These are the perfect replica of the coveted, but no longer available, South African-style Syncro radiator.  People compliment us all the time on this product. 

The highly efficient radiator features a nice heavy-duty, 50mm thick aluminum core, a 13mm hex head brass bleeder screw that won’t break off, along with a threaded brass insert to fit the screw securely and assure a good seal. In addition, this radiator has a threaded brass insert for the cooling fan temperature sensor.

We are pairing the radiator with our silicone radiator feed and return hoses in a Burley Bundle for even more savings. Silicone is a known improvement to the original VW Radiator hoses, as silicone holds up better under high temps and engine fluid corrosion compared to the original hoses.

These hoses fit nicely on all vans, but even fit with wider, factory-original alloy wheels because we had them shaped into a curve to allow for a bit more room.   

Four appropriate clamps are included in this package deal.

This stainless steel coolant pipe kit replaces the no longer available plastic coolant pipes on all 1986 – ’91 gasoline-powered 4WD Syncros. This is a high-quality OEM replacement design, made in Denmark, with 304 stainless steel tubing. It pairs perfectly with our South African-style Syncro radiator!
