This is the big plastic washer that goes under the fat side of the transmission mount.
2 per side of the trans , 2 per side of the front differential.
These are sold individually. There are 4 on the transmission in the rear and 4 up front for the differential.

Found it at Burley's! I looked everywhere for these washers! Volkswagen no longer makes them, but I found them here made of Delrin! Nice.
